Carbonate Real Estate Mountain Homes Illustrated Since being purchased by Intrawest in 1998, Copper Mountain has gone through a Renaissance. Intrawest spent over $500 million dollars in transforming the Village to a first class resort. In 1999 Copper Springs Lodge, a 108 unit condominium project, was completed in the East Village along with the new day skier facility, Copper Station, at the base of the new Super B six pack lift. The Center Village has four complexes (Copper One Lodge, The Mill Club, Taylor's Crossing, & Tucker Mountain Lodge) that were completed the beginning of the 2000/2001 ski season. Passage Point, a condominium/retail space project in the center of the village on the site of the old Bridge End lot, has also been completed. The Lake Buildings, nine unique retail shops around West Lake including a fishing wharf and boathouse completed the construction of the New Village at Copper. Completed in early 2004 is The Cirque , 37 villa-style homes, provides the opportunity to purchase one quarter interval ownership shares and is located just north of the Union Creek Townhomes. Tom will be pleased to discuss the transformation of the Village and real estate opportunities in both existing homes for sale and the new projects.
